The best airport to fly into is the DFW Airport. Keystone Church is about 12 miles from DFW.

What to Wear

We will be in Dallas in February where it will be likely be 50 degrees. Our vibe will be casual and fun!

We will also have MERCH on site that you can buy and change into if you want, so dress accordingly!

Where to stay

A huge part of the In-Person HODC 2025 Dallas will be COMMUNITY. We highly recommend considering staying at one of our suggested hotels and connecting with others before the event.

We recommend staying around the Southlake Town Center- this is a great area with restaurants, coffee, shopping, and just a great meeting place overall for attendees!

We recommend this area because it’s packed with many fun things to do pre and post conference. We don’t want the mingling to happen just while we are at the conference!

You can join our HOD FB community where we will have a private event for those attending in person who want to coordinate details like Hotel.

Please note we DO have a hotel block at Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square. Please note you can Book 2/14-2/16 OR 2/15-2/16. If you want to stay longer- book 2 bookings so you can still get the discounted rate. CLICK HERE for our room block!

What is a HYBRID event?

This conference is a HYBRID event! This gives attendees the option to either come to watch the content and meet other singles in REAL LIFE while still giving online attendees the option to join virtually from the comfort of their own homes. Here’s how it will work:

LIVE Sessions:

To create a conference feel for all attendees, both conference days will have all LIVE sessions! These LIVE sessions will be LIVE STREAMED for all online guests. Live streamed sessions include worship/ entertainment, Q&A panels, and all guest speakers.

Meet Singles:

Both online and in-person attendees will have the opportunity to meet other singles & make friends.

For online attendees, your ticket includes access to our Online Singles Party.

For In-person attendees, your ticket includes an in-person Singles Party that will cap out Day 2 of the conference on Saturday evening.

Continued Content:

We are providing you with a LOT of content (because we love you that much) and it will likely take more processing … which is why you will have access to ALL content (and chats with attendees) for 3 months from the conference launch!

We will also provide a digital workbook so you can continue watching and processing the content.

There will also be multiple opportunities for conference attendees to continue connecting with the HOD Community through our  conference app as well as additional resources we will be providing (app launching a few weeks PRIOR to the conference)

Is this a 2 day event?

Yes!!! We will begin around 3 pm on Friday, February 14th for Day 1! Day 2 will begin on Saturday morning and go until early afternoon. All attendees will have a break before the Singles Party in Fort Worth, TX that night!

This event is intentionally created to be practical and filled with wisdom to empower you! Because of that, we've compiled the BEST possible speakers to cover and speak on a variety of topics answering questions that you guys ask us all the time!

This year’s conference you will have the ability to MAKE IT YOUR OWN. We will have simultaneous breakout sessions, workshops, live podcast recordings, and other interesting activities. It will be a dynamic experience unlike any HODC before.

What is the price?

Pricing varies on if you are attending in person or joining us virtually.

However, ALL ticket pricing will go up after early bird registration ends, so make sure to purchase your ticket as soon as possible.

There are a LIMITED number of VIP tickets available and they will sell out fast.

Are there scholarships available?

Will the In-Person event be live streamed?

YES! All MAIN keynote session on Friday Night and Saturday will be available to live stream and watch from the comfort of your own home. We recommend pulling together your church, community group, or friends to watch the live stream together.

Since this is a build your own conference event and there will be multiple events happening at one time, some of the sessions will not be available to live stream.

Please note that as a group, every member will need their own ticket to the conference in order to access their conference account, content, resources, and mingling events.

Where can I find the schedule of LIVE events?

Friday night will begin around 3 pm CST

Saturday will start around 8 am CST and end around 4 pm CST

The Singles Party will be Saturday Evening in Fort Worth, TX!

What is your refund policy?

Online Tickets are nonrefundable or transferrable.

Can't come anymore In PERSON? Sell your ticket or give your ticket to a friend to join us! This means HODC NASH tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another individual at any time. Once you do please fill out THIS form.

Will lunch be provided?

YES!!!! For the first time in years, lunch will be provided for everyone IN PERSON at HODC Dallas!!

Please note, dinner on Friday night will not be provided, but we plan to offer food for purchase on site for extra hangout time

Why is the singles party a different ticket?

First of all, if you have a VIP ticket, you will AUTOMATICALLY have a ticket to the singles party- GO YOU! That ticket is included in your VIP ticket admission!!!

This year, Singles Party tickets are separate because we've never hosted it at a famous venue like Billy Bob's before- aka the largest honky tonk in the world!!! We also wanted to create amore intimate and yet incredibly memorable night in the infamous Fort Worth Stockyards!
